bought my preve exec last week and was eligible for the raya promotion. went to SC on thurs and found out my preve only have 3 free services. called proton and lodged a complaint.

please take note... 3 years free service OR 60k mileage. free minyak hitam/oil filter/labour. other than that have to pay.

Strange, you should qualify for the free 3 yrs service as you registered by 31 Jul.

What was the reason your SA said you don't get the 3 yrs free service? They did not know? Show them the newspaper advert.

Yes, my SA manager told me that the free service only provides the Proton Mach 5 lub oil (the cheapest one). Need to pay if I wanted something better.

I am impressed after installing a sub woofer for my home theatre system. So a sub woofer in the car should also increase my music enjoyment while in the car! Ha.

SA did confirmed about the 3 years free service but when i was at proton SC... they showed me my preve status in their system... can see clearly only 3 free vouchers for 3 free services.

don't wanna deal with my SA anymore... too many unfinished matters with him... always said everyone still cuti raya so cannot check this and that

This is what my SA told me personally. The free services comes with 7 vouchers. It's for the 1000KM, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K, 50K, 60K interval services.

The best part is that even if they submit my form on either 7th, 11th or the 13th of next month (in this case Aug) due to incomplete documents (mine is I need my sis' document as she is my guarantor), I still be able to get the the July promotion. Heck, I also be able to choose whichever promo that have the higher value (if Aug promo is better).

Guess that your SA is just plain lazy or not very knowledgeable or "melepas batok di tangga".

Coz estimate wrongly. Time book on Monday. But now 670 ady. Tmr i need travel around 360km. So exceed around 40km.

My wife's Preve even at 5000 km I got free service . Just need to pay for the oil change only. I still send in for service at 5000km even though Proton recommended is 10000km after first 1000km. Strange I did not get any of such free service vouchers with the car. At last 10000 km service is still free. The counter staff did tell me all the warranty services info are in their system and I need not worry about the vouchers.

Guys, one question. The free tint that comes for Preve, is it called EcoTint? Is it good? From what my SA told me, in few years, the tint on the rear mirror will go bubly and if you try to peel the tint, it will crack the heating line.

Anyone encounter engine vibration during rpm 2.2k ? 2014 model

hmm... free tint ? i don't get any free tint only voucher. base of feedback should be fine with ecotint but expensive my current tint is cool world rhinepro xd5 recommended.

Speaking from experience on my Wira, felt vibration when >90 kph
- due to front wheels not aligned
- dirty spark plug(s) causing irregular firing

yeah i'm referring to this noise. previously more loud after changing fuel to ron97 the noise reduce.
will make an appointment with sc next week, see what's their advice.

ECOtint is a reputable brand, and the quality of the specific tint you get differs because they do not only have one spec of film.

The one that is factory fitted with CFE if I'm not mistaken easily costs more than 1k. For Exec and manual, it depends on your SA to give you voucher to which kind of tint film.
