This project is between Taman Sri Haneco and Taman Tasik Semenyih.

This project has a strange split of majority of the land bank on the right side, while a smaller satellite land on the left side which consist only of terrece. In between isn't SD.

Budget is below 1mil. I hv worked out d price diff for d two, which is abt rm140k, and rm600 diff for monthly installment. My concern is rental, am I right to say that it will b easier and faster to rent out a DSL?

Yes, the land is beside diamond city and stretch to Sri Hanesco.

The final phase will be terrace on the land beside Tiara East, which is at the price tag of ~ 650k...

The fact that getting more and more well established developers coming in to Semenyih speaks well for the growth potential of this area. To us as the purchasers, we do hope that stiffer competition will result in quality works, better service and reasonable pricing from the developers.

How much do you budget for life + term life policies per month? RM 1k - 2k?

As usual, the developer that not stingy developing the new infra only consists of SP Setia and Ecoworld...

I will pop 2A for specific reasons though 22x75 layout is better. I am mobile. Can't type much. Discuss later.
