however many days you spending in tokyo just stay the same hotel in tokyo and travel within the city
then from the day you go yokohama then book hotel in yokohama and change hotel once lor
adakah people within the same city keep on changing hotel

1st time lol, anyway if i stay hotel at Central Tokyo, is it far to walk around to western,northern,southern tokyo?

Anyone has experience of booking flypeach flights thru the likes of Expedia? Want to book for a flight from Tokyo to Osaka, it's cheaper than the official website. Not able to add baggage onto it though. Is it possible for me to add for baggage later on flypeach's website using the booking reference that will be given??

Planning to travel to japan this weekend.

Current planned itinerary

28th morning flight reach narita, get a bullet train to Kyoto for 2 nights.

30th go to nara and stay 2 nights there

1st back to tokyo for 5 nights until 6th August.

what's the best way to get internet access? No google guide me, how to travel around?

Get a pocket wifi.

There's no prepaid sim card for internet connectivity? so just use pocket wifi with a powerbank?

And also any hotel recommended? budget not exceeding 200usd preferred.

Why spending 2 night at Nara? Half day already finised the tour already.

If you just want to travel to Tokyo and Yokohama only no need to book different place for accomodation. Last year I went to Tokyo, Nikko, Hakone and Yokohama I just stay at 1 hostel. Just use the public transport to go to those places.

I've planned a trip to Japan from the 10th till the 25th of August . Will be backpacking solo. I just need some advice from sifus here as to whether it is better to withdraw a lump some of money before I go there or should I withdraw from ATMs over there? What works out better? thanks

If you got City hopping like Tokyo to Osaka...good luck for you...The Ticket will be very extremely hard to get

for 1 person, food may need around 500 yen for those cheap cheap small potion food la... use vending maching to order 1... or between 1500 - 2000 yen for those normal restaurant la... for public transport expenses, you may use hypedia to check the time n cost.

This mean you not doing homework well enough yet. There are alot fast food chain such as Sukiya or Yoshinoya serve a bowl of beef rice just 370 yen. Top up rice plus beef just 550 yen

500 yen to 800yen choice are Dawson or Family Mart delicious Bento set. Extremly delicious specially that curse poison egg sandwich from Dawson
