SEH is comprised of Pelangi semenyih, bandar tasik kesuama, bandar rinching and etc.. look at those condition, maybe anotehr 10 years, malls opening even in KL also cant survive, unless you are really sick everyday go 1 mall only..

these packages are everywhere in developers package, Perak, Kedah, they all have these... like Setia Alam, do they really have that much of resident to support their malls? look at the depressing occupants in Setia Alam, stil dont learn it, Semenyih you go..

dun like tat la, if cannot afford to buy klang valley properties, can think about back ur kampung hometown...dun die die must stay at klang valley mah...

hello what market is now? good market ? start selling few months before vp still wanna complain meh? SP setia launch and relaunch.. market is slow, spending is careful from all groups.. still left 27 units only..

my kampung in selangor lor, family lands/properties are also in Selagor like seri kembangan, kajang sepang , where is your kampung? Semenyih?

still wanna question our ability to own properties? check with TKJ before self humiliating yourself.. 403k units also look down at us cannot buy, are you out of your mind?

being a cook can earn better than us meh? cook more good food, work more hours hotels do work till midnight.. no wonder 35 minutes reach KL and back semenyih, no cars around

Fan kor, even if you opt for Goodview (of course we know you have chosen SEH), we will still be happy with your choice and respect your decision as you have done your own study, you know what you want, and more importantly you didn't simply hentam other project or talking nonsense.

BBW, i don't ride bike. No thanks to my parents whom don't encourage me to do so even though my mom ride her kapcai to pasar every morning.

So, i take foh hup bus till i save enough to buy my first milo car.

Sometimes i do wish i could ride bike as it's the best mode of transport to beat jams but due to my other half protest, i rather toe in line and stick to 4 wheels mode.

Ok back to distance travelled, for me, distance is never an issue. Jam is an issue. When i had a short stint in golden triangle, i hated it so much. Coz just to get out from the car park, you could easily stuck there for 30 mins during peak hour. This doesn't include KLCC where it had pretty good design with good exit to disperse traffic. I believe if given a choice, it will be great if your office is just next door your home, then again, it may not be everyone cup of tea coz can't ponteng tongue.gif

People may ditch semenyih far ulu no value or even rawang too, but given some time for it to mature, distance won't be an issue as commercial hub is also moving outskirts. At the end of the day, it's your money and your decision. Whether to flip or own stay or hedge against inflation or even wrong choice, we can debate till no end, the final is still your own money and not bbw money. Buyers should be thankful now with so many projects, choices, information on hand, google maps, etc to make a good decision. So, even if you buy senawang project, i must says, good for you and congrats on your purchases.

Off topic... Just now someone mentioned Setia Alam in a negative way. I beg to differ. On Malaysia Day, the mall parking is full, the road outside fully parked with cars (and those are not parking lots!), mall full of people, playground full of kids, the green grass full of people sitting around, picnicking, flying kites. Love the life, vitality, joy!

Hope SEH will also be as great or greater!

10 years ago setia alam looks like semenyih as well..near kampung meru, ulu ulu place...go to kl ...***...sibeh far, more than 30km , so many tolls need to pay...

bear will also commented this project is going to fail badly and price drop badly during launch time..

but now look at setia alam.... whistling.gif

come on, i think my guess is right, he is just some low perfomence sales guy at sin heap lee and now hard sale on good view heights...

bang all toher projects and suddenly promote good view heights like no tomorrow..

hoping some water fish can go buy the good view height from bear and bear can earn the commission...

show some mercy to bear, bear is just some low income ppl still rent at maluri flat and not afford to buy properties so only can jealous jealous...

BBW another stupid biased perception - "If SEH project worth higher, why SEH DSL starting from 408k, SPS shall jack up higher price".

Using the same principle, BBW you should go tell goodview buyer, the price of goodview shall be stagnant 728k till world ends, no appreciation at all.

If goodview can sell higher price, SHL will jack up to that price, won't sell you at 728k. So goodview property cannot appreciate already, 728k is already maximum it can goes.

Bro, not that I wanna criticise bear2 but his statement is too dishonest. I said cant reach KL within 15mins from GoodView Heights and he said SEH lagi worse coz is 35mins. 35mins is still possible to reach KL from SEH but from Goodview 15mins to KL can boh? My house 17km from KL in cheras if drive very fast can reach KLCC within 15-16mins. If come from Sg Long there can mou? We nvr said 35mins to reach KL during peak period and we alsp admitted that it will take longer time to reach KL. This is our choice but i dunno why he keep on criticising it... Everyone got a choice to choose and SP Setia didnt lie to us on the travelling time provided there is no jam.
Bear2, hope u respect the buyers of SEH and dont always criticise us. If u wanna highlight the negative part is fine but dont be too extreme. Again, we buyers of SEH know semenyih is siber far but is our choice and we accepted it. Pls respect that. Thank you.
