Entry price definitely makes a project of flipping probability. But it depends on pricing, location, developer, concept and most of all, timing.

I wish you all the best in making money in good view height or have a good stay in good view height or found a good tenants or perhaps not buy yet.

I acknowledged your comments of the disadvantages and cons compare with good view height. As I presume you will continue to agony good view height.

bear bear oledy hurt kajang perdana residents before..bear said TTDI kajang is ghost town,subsale nobody wan, and kajang perdana is non chinese place, cant appreciate...

But bear logic is slapping his own face, good view heights is at kajang perdana...so if according to his logic, good view heights will become another ghost town and hardly appreciate since is at no. Chinese place..no?... biggrin.gif

Sure.

For the same foot print, SEH built up is smaller than EM, approx around 10%.

If SEH Saraca 22x75 vs EM's Cradleton 22x75, it was 2065 sf against 2519 sf. Its 20% bigger of Saraca.

Calm down everyone....sam. bbw. Chrischew. Doom2......no attacking pls.....to be honest...sps...which is top 1....developer....first time.....since property high.....selling dsl not 100%....fully booked.....can someone explain what happen?

My company....launching phase 1...2...3...4...all sold out in one day in bandar botanic....horizon hill...kota kemuning......some phase launched with > 200 units.....but....we dont do like what sps do....advertised kau kau.....sold out in one day.

This is phase 2 launch, and about 91 units and sold more than 63 units in just one day, what do u expect?


Even on mature township like setia alam, the lately launch by sp setia also wont just 100% sold in one day...

Same goes to other big shot like sunrise, simedarby, inp.....especially for the master township project, when launch it from phase to phase, for sure the price will increase and it take longer time for market to absorb....

Chinese place? Actually quiet depend developer example Kajang Impian and Jelok Impian surround area a lot non Chinese resident but this 2 project residents majority are Chinese.
