Bro, my mistake. Wrongly estimated as i forgotten how it looks like on the master plan. Sam kor is correct and shld be 200 units. Sorry ha tongue.gif

SEH 20 x 70 phase 2 cannot be 400 units... as last time phase 1 20 x 70 + 20 x 65 only have 400 units for public. The plot available now just about 1/3 of size compare to the phase 1.

So both have same number of units. On paper EM shld outsell SEH due to it concept and design but SEH this time price is at least 100K cheaper if looking at the smalles build up 1. Really tough fight....

Are you sure built up will smaller than EM? Will SEH change marketing strategy.....same with EM

I cant remember exactly but to me the BU shld be 2000 at least. I cant remembee whether the SA got tell me abt this when they showed me merrydale floor layout. The layout almost the same as cradleton so it shld have similar BU. SEH i very confirm starting BU is 19xx.

call again around October, loans rejection units will out by then, first time SEH got this "not bad 68% booking", normally projects alwayls finish sapu and need to line up.. looks like losing grip... wonder how will subsales catch up in 2015, around 1 year.. SEH still have other units left ...

b.) SEH have lekas ecohill link direct to Lekas bothway, goodview connected to silk as well, but only one way.. doh.gif doh.gif
c.) SEH fully fenced and guarded, have 10 theme parks, 1 92.1m above see level 360 PARC, a beautiful community center later, tesco, mcd, kfc, pizza hut, domino, old town, kings confectionery, honda showroom, Seng Heng, chinese restaurant, etc all stone throw away. Goodview have half-half guarded area, have only ONE water cascade park, red bricks, and.. and.. and.. and... no more... WTH, really no more...
d.) SEH fully connected to Lekas highway, go and back using same way, goodview residents need go to Semenyih make a big U-turn... doh.gif
e.) Geographically, goodview has penjara kajang on the west and nirvana on the east, haiz.. no eye see...
f.) SEH is FnG, developer build guard house and fence, goodview developer build half of the fence, the other half let JMC pay money to do.. irresponsible developer... doh.gif doh.gif

Say so many times, SPS not flipper, sell and build, they are not selling subsale price lah, like that you BBW also can't understand meh?

Maybe you right SEH individual title and EM strata title so BU different.
