a.) SEH phase 2 same size 22 x 75, selling 80k less than goodview.
b.) SEH have lekas ecohill link direct to Lekas bothway, goodview connected to silk as well, but only one way..
c.) SEH fully fenced and guarded, have 10 theme parks, 1 92.1m above see level 360 PARC, a beautiful community center later, tesco, mcd, kfc, pizza hut, domino, old town, kings confectionery, honda showroom, Seng Heng, chinese restaurant, etc all stone throw away. Goodview have half-half guarded area, have only ONE water cascade park, red bricks, and.. and.. and.. and... no more... WTH, really no more...
d.) SEH fully connected to Lekas highway, go and back using same way, goodview residents need go to Semenyih make a big U-turn...
e.) Geographically, goodview has penjara kajang on the west and nirvana on the east, haiz.. no eye see...
f.) SEH is FnG, developer build guard house and fence, goodview developer build half of the fence, the other half let JMC pay money to do.. irresponsible developer...
Say so many times, SPS not flipper, sell and build, they are not selling subsale price lah, like that you BBW also can't understand meh?
