Maybank cs where got 1-800?

Last time i redeem also got charged GST in current month but maybank deduct 50bucks in next mth statement. Cant rmbr whether my TP got deducted straight away after request or once it went thru.

I think this one depends on how early u apply before statement cut off date. If abt 2 wks i think shud appear.

For ur case i would say wait for july statement. If still not appear then call cs for clarification.

Any benefits to upgrade from Gold to Platinum ?

And can we just call CS to do the upgrade since salary is banked straight into MBB account ?

as of now, those before 9 july only pay rm 50 ( GST x 1 )

you can check the number at the back of your platinum amex.

not everyone carries Platinum le

and the 1300 number printed on Gold cards, freakin' expensive if on long call. short call shud be fine.

some optional benefits but nothing special. Platinum looks much nicer than Gold cards

upgrade cannot be done via call. still need to drop by any card centres to fill up the forms, subtmit documents, etc.

Platinum gets to call the Platinum customer services, faster response than the normal 1300 number especially when you are in the hurry to check some suspicious transaction.

Oh well, if have to go through all the forms again then rather wait for MBB to offer the upgrade if any

they still entertain you

Correct but most ppl refers the numbers printed behind card.

i still remember when u call the 1800 number for platinum press 1 for gold press 2

ya, maybank application form is super long...

never before i filled in so many things just to apply for a Credit card.

If you go to card center, usually they will fill up for you and you just need to signed.

so far, the 1300 number is not bad. attended by cs almost immediately
