I dont find the roads in PH uneven and although the landscaping there is nothing great, but still got some landscaping la, no complaints from me really for the price I paid for the DSL at that time.

Most of SDP's townships are non gated & guarded but now they are going "high end" with GG like The Glades, Seri Pilmoor or fenced & guarded like Mascarena Palms, Grandis Palms, USJH etc

Bre, the cheapest links there was 160k.....tiny landed....

my friend bought 24x75.....think it was rm3++k leh.....still feel like 80's creation.

sime really milked buyers kau kau.

Gamuda's KK already have underground cable like 10 years earlier.......

Yes bro, the land area is 20x70 & built up small around 1500sft only. Subsequent phases 22x75 b/up bigger around 1800sft but price at that time still cheap around 230K only. The older phases although no underground cable but cables at the back of the houses la, so nicer than having cables in front! biggrin.gif

Laman Putra is the better phase in PH with better quality, price also higher at around 400K+ at that time, still not expensive at that time.

How much was the launching price in KK 10 years ago for the landed bro?

But no complaint from me so far as prices have almost tripled in 7 years time! thumbup.gif Quality not bad & they always give quite many lights & power points. The selling prices corresponded with the quality of the furnishings and the environment lo bro!

my other friend got the small unit......its NOT 20x70...more like 18x65 or 16x60 only...BU around 1200/1300.

KK in 1997 sold for below 230k...cant remember the exact price...could be low 200k.

almost all landed double or triple within klang valley proper.....PH is NOT the only one....

But your replacement cost also as expensive...so there is no winning here. My friend who stays in PH also no feel on the capital appreciation bcos he only have one property....so no matter how much better the appreciation....you still wont be better off....

unless you want to downgrade and stay in kampong or fishing village.

my family friend bought in first phase, which is section 8, the smallest land size is 20x70 RM180k.
my family bought one in second phase, which is section 2, 22x75 RM230k.

In PH, there is nothing less than 20x70. You need to get your fact right before ask others to trust you.

18x65 or 16x60 bought under 200k, sold 700k, your friend really earn a lot.
PH current price 20x70 also staying at around 550k - 600k.

Their title put ph in front then follow by Usj, Puchong.
