I think not many R&F buyers in this Thread. As this is a newest project they would have bought at the peak, some are happy collecting the SPA doc and Deed, not knowing what the future holds for their investment.

Let's see how the whole thing goes when it TOP.. I am not particularly concerned about it now.. I see it as Exit Strategy and Retirement Home and Asset for my kids... I do not see a bright future in Singapore as of now.. |

Location is quite good, although the surrounding has yet to catch up. There are some properties that people thought were hopeless during launch, but later the buyers laugh their way to the bank.

hard to say about the future iskandar project~

Any population statistic to support iskandar project?
Urbanization for iskandar is not kicked in yet as no major commercial or business hub ready. Not likely to see LRT and MRT will be build in Iskandar as: 1. No much budget/Grant from central government yet iskandar is submitting big portion of profit to putrajaya. 2. The utilization rate of public transport in iskandar is low due Chicken and egg problem (transportation company say no profit, users said coverage and services not meet the requirement). |

It is confirmed that R&F 1st phase advertisement permits is approved before the deadline of RM 1 Million Requirement... Heard recently developer gotten confirmation... Now all the remaining blocks are released for sale |
