They really should build this many condos in KL because KL can afford to absorb such high numbers but not in JB

Surely the rental will not be enough to cover the installment + maintenance fee. Rental for old but well maintained condos around JB town & Danga Bay hovering around $2-$2.5k only.

I'm quite sure the condo prices will drop (20-40% depending on how high the entry price/location) IF

1. The RTS train btw SG n JB/Iskandar doesn't happen (i'm pretty sure they aren't doing anything about it)
2. The ferry ride doesnt happen as well
3. Princess Cove really builds the 30k apartments haha

Most condo's are only gonna come circa 2017-2018 and alot of investors are gonna be hit hard.

1. The thing being sign by Najib and LSL is only MOU, don't get your hopes too high.
