I saw a lot new bloods going down sg to work. Coach, and flight ticket price are slowly climbing due to demand. Soon later this demand will turn to property market.
Causeway and Tuas are getting crowder and crowder...

I haven't buy. I may not eligible to buy.
It is built on commercial land and Johore have an extra property tax "Cukai Harta", maintenance fee is 42 cents tentatively. Sum up together the upkeep for the property is vert high.

It is at the very strategic location, but as you said it is not located at nice environment. The strategic location has cater for needs of a unique group of Malaysian....

And what unique group of Malaysian is that. ? Its just next to the causeway. You like causeway sight and sound everyday? Did u know u can get a semidee rental near town for under 2k? This princess cove property is selling 500k studios. Which Malaysian who needs to walk across the causeway each day will pay rent 2k for a studio. They will group together 6-7 of them rent a big old condo or semi Dee and ride bike over to work. And for those Malaysian who is doing better in Singapore they'd rent in Singapore (SG rental these days also under pressure, tenant market). And of course, the massive oversupply at these waterfront (actually the water is stagnant and ddirty ). Not look good to me.
Above Strictly my opinion only.

The unique group is the people who walk over the bridge to work daily.
Getting more and more people walking over the bridge due to the traffic congestion.
They do not able to buy Singapore property due to financial or government restriction..
of course with a car and drive further up will have more options, but the total travel time for a day easily increase by an hour (from home to CIQ + Look for car park + from CIQ to Home).

If one choose to travel/walk over CIQ to work daily I doubt he/she will spend 500k to buy a shoebox studio where you can get decent landed/spacious condo elsewhere

Exactly. I have seen the people walking over the causeway as recently as yesterday morning. They are not the kind of people who will buy or rent a 500k studio.
