Price wont drop la... When Singaporeans not afford the houses here, Johor will be their target... There is a threshold for foreigners to buy property above RM1mil in Johor. R&F is just "nice', considered "cheap" for them since the sales price is around RM1mil also.... If price drop... then the sales end up no where. Malaysians still think expensive, and foreigners cant buy.

Ya lo. Heard from insider that another big china property coming soon also. Dia org seem macam ade big ambition to turn Iskandar to Shenzhen which is next to HK. Singapore is currently on the track to hit 690 million residents live in the small piece of cake within 10 year. The scenario similar to Hong Kong today.
