should not be very expensive lah!

I used to sail there solo during my younger day as one yacht club member
remind me good old time and really very enjoy sailing that period of time

BTW the show gallery was build on the reclaimed land eariler this year!

more reason to buy this rf liao. when isis come here. we need to run to lionland. closer the better. johor become ideal place. especially rf.

hope lionland can take over johor. they can't afford enemy step on lionland soil. lionland mostly are well train army anytime can battle. rf is a must buy buy buy project.

By the way, I signed the SPA today and I found out more info from the lawyer representing R&F..

PROS:
1) All condo unit owners are guaranteed a parking lot
2) All the balconies area are actually FREE OF CHARGE !!! This means that whichever quoted area size does not include the balcony area !!! All the area quoted is internal area !!!

CONS:
1) Maintenance fee is RM 0.42 psf !!!! THIS IS FREAKING EXPENSIVE.. The lawyer says is because of commercial land...  Guess R&F will be milking a lot of money from Maintenance fee, Sinking funds and Utilities... Maybe that is why they can sell so cheap... Hopefully the whole project is properly maintained to justify the high price..

You can expect expensive Maintenance fee since it's commercial land & water, electricity consumption is based on commercial rate. Do check with the developer any different for smaller and bigger unit because plot ratio.
For example 2-bedroom & 4-bedroom units should be paying different fee and share of more household member in
4-bedroom unit than 2-bedroom unit! nod.gif

Medini ia starting from scratch n it will take long time just like our putrajaya after many years but still no there yet.

rf surrounding is run down but it is in jb city center so u dont need to reinvent the wheel. To me the risk is smaller. ..

Kl area is not cheap either. Lakeville launched at rm700psf for lh condo. Kota damandara oredi hit rm1000psf and that place is not great either. .. so rf is how much? Average 800psf may be?
