Chinese developers have accumulated huge amount of profit over the past 10 years. Now china mkt is slowing down hence they have to go overseas to sustain their results.

Wah! decent yield at 4% ...

Should take advantage of the low interest rates 3-month SIBOR at 0.40376 (19th August 2014). Some banks offers Sibor+1.25% .... so effective interest rate is about ~ 1.6%

Jb or entire iskandar?

But u have to give it to iskandar on this because this is the only area in malaysia can draw many overseas top developers such as singapore, china and Australia. .. kl also cannot compare in this manner

It's an old idea lah!
Some Singaporeans had 2nd home in Batam last eighty ~ ninety and stay there during weekend!
Now Singaporean prefer going north to Thailand, Malaysia because the high cost of living not enough money for retirement!
