With that budget can get a good starter set but im no pro to give a suggestion better wait for taiko around haha my advise is to go to lelong and search for "mod" and survey for your fav one

There is a few type
Mech mod- this is the type where its consist of the tube , battery and tank itself
Vv(veritable voltage) - you can control the voltage thus there is wiring and board inside ( i have bad experience from this one once wiring dalam rosak mod kenot use already )
Example of
Mech- chi you, namesis , caravela , stingray, sentinel etc
Vv- dna, hana mod ,itaste vtr, itaste mvp etc

So if you wanna get your pv ( personal vaporizer ) you need to consider three thing
1.mod - vv or mech
2.atomizer - drip or tank
3.battery ( those like itaste vtr and mvp have build in battery )
Ohh and dont forget your e juice

I rarely go out and buy stuff around here. Mostly online, cheapest and quicker. xD

Personally I think you need one tank and one dripper - but for new people, I recommend starting with a tank: the Kepan/taipun if you rajin, and the aspire nautilus if you malas.

BTW, the tiny 4nine might look nice, but beware that It ONLY takes the smaller 18350 with no ability to take anything bigger. Out of the box, anyway. Seems the ori one comes with ext tubes so it should be okay.

A small mod usually means you limit your battery life (the 18350s don't really last that long, I usually need 3 changes a day vaping on 1 ohm) and you limit your ability to experiment (subohming and multi-coiling on a 350 is not really reccomended - plus you can't play with the Kick to get VV/VW on your mech).

In my honest (newb) opinion, get something that can fit 18350/18450/18650 like the Chi Yu, King, Nemesis, Cartel, Vanilla or whatever mod that either telescopes or comes with extension tubes (the 4nine is okay too if it comes with the tubes). This will give you the best mileage out of your first purchase.

Not that you won't soon succumb and will start collecting multiple metal tubes like we all do in the end lol.

I started vaping 3 week ago, 1st purchase was sigelei 20w + kayfun. Damage was RM450 (RM350 mod + RM100 for tank) + a lot freebies (4 10ml juices + 1 extra charger)

Upgrade in 2 week to Hana clone ori chip + Nautillus for RM720 (Hana custom vapour button + copper top)

Then bought sigelei sleeve for 26650 batt RM80 (batt included)

Now current setup is Sigelei + Nautillus for 2 day vaporing, Hana + Kayfun for coil and juice tinkering.

nice!!! time to learn cloud chasing.. hahaha

100% vg and a lot of coils, u can get big clouds.
