Currently I get a Huawei HG850a GPON Terminal which from TIME Fibre previously.
And no longer to be used for TIME.
Can I get the GPON Modem admin password to get access the settings for other ISP?
Pretty annoying for can't change the admin settings.

Youtube is fine, there is no MTU errors, fragmentation or congestion. I don't seem to have this issues on Unifi.

You can't tracert directly to twitch.tv but instead live.twitch.tv as instructed by twitch themselves.

I've already made a complaint sometime back in May to time directly and they have yet to resolve this issue in 4 months. Customer rep called me after I emailed but until then no one called to follow up on the status and twitch still continues to buffer erratically, sometimes it's fine, sometimes no.
Under Unifi, this was a no issue for a very long time during my 2 years contract. I'm sorry but the way Time has been performing is very dissapointing to say the least and they are behaving the same how TM was when they launched streamyx ages.

Just beside is saraka aparment which have time fiber but mine does not. Does not make sense when they are less than 1km apart

Any recommendations for a business class router for TIME fibre? My office was provided with the DLINK DSR-250N router but it has a lot of issues (known DSN issues).

Hi thr, is TIME home fibre services available is USJ 6 residential area?

In PJ... can't even get half the speed now. Restarted + 10mins my router 3 times already.

I'm in PJ but only facebook site is not accessible. Others seems still ok. speed wise is not at its normal best.

Getting very slow speed now in Kelana Jaya despite using a 20mbps connection.  These tests were done using LAN.

Done. Direct cable connection from onu to laptop. Same results = less than 15mbps down and 48mb up.

thanks for the assistance. Had changed the dns1 and dns2 to the google dns and it worked. SPeed is inconsistent but still sufficient for now.

Now just need to know wat to put in DNS3 ?

Also, i can't call into the 1800-181818 number or even the 03-50212122 number for assistance. Any known issues at the moment ?

We're all having the same problem of slowdown during night times. No need to post captured speedtest as there's already enough proof there's really problem. 

Is Time Fibre already throttling the speeds during busy hours like Maxish*t?

Definitely feel the same here bro.

I'm not using an AC router yet (eyeing the dual core RT-AC68U) but my RT-N66U has been serving my family well.

For me, a one time investment in a good router is way better than all the worries and headaches I get from any stock ISP router.
