Hi, have anyone experienced "boost" speed problem? 

First, when I tried to use the boost feature, I found that I was already active.  But in fact, I hadn't choose from the menu on how many boosting hours I want to use.  It looked like the boost menu was frozen. 

1 day later, after reporting to Time Broadband customer service, the boost menu problem was fixed.  So I chose 1 hour speed boosting for testing.  The speed testing menu from Time Broadband showed that I am still under normal package speed which was 8Mbps. 

So again I reported to Time Broadband and the problem still continued.  Only just now I found out that the Boost menu is frozen again.  Pls advise.  Thanks!

Can I close my existing package and reopen again this new package?
my existing package still under contact, can I change package now?

If can change to this new 10mbps package, is mean my contract is extend become new 2 year and I can get another new modem, right?

Hi I'm interested in the 1 month free trial with TIME. I am currently subscribed to TM but the problem I have is with the upload speeds, it's not even 1 mbps when I'm subscribed to the 10mb package. If I take the 1 month trial do I have to subscribe after that or is it optional? Also when you mentioned the 500rm rebate is it to cancel the contract with TM? Please help me with this

I believe it's under Applications -> DNS Service -> (forgot what the menu is called... something like manual DNS). Took me awhile to find it too. You'll see space to enter two IPv4 DNS and two IPv6 DNS. Just enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 on the two IPv4 DNS space.

May i know it is still available in cyberjaya domain 1 service apartment at the moment? cause unifi is currently lack of stock need wait until november+

I'm a current Time subscriber that has 1 year left on my contract, any perks of upgrading to 10Mbps/15Mbps?

I feel sad with TIME Fibre Business, last time to upgrade from dynamic IP to fix IP, only 1 time charges (I think is RM500), now they want to charge RM200 per month... duh.... And 2 years contract mean almost 9 times more expensive....

The difficulty of this is that the short downtime is not long enough for me to perform a tracert on that time, but enough for some of my software and VPN to disconnected from the host.... And it do have a good ping response time when not Request Time Out.... You wouldn't feel it for normal browsering, but for connection sensitive application, the result is frequent disconnection.

Sorry that I don't use whatapps, I know it look weird, and I purposely buy a lousy phone for company number so that they can't force me to use whatapps,  . With out whatapps already get tons of text message of loan, house advertisement everyday....

Hi, very interested in 50Mbps home package, I know my condo is within the coverage.

The problem is I am going to move house within a year, may be probably the same condo but different floor only.

So what should I do, if I have relocated? Needs extra charge for installation after I have moved house or something like this?
