My friend just sub to Time Fibre Internet rm168 monthly package.

Video streaming was good but when he tried to download a file and some other video, the speed was 30kb/s....why is it slow in downloading but good in streaming??

I'm definitely pissed off. They asked me to schedule an appointment and on the day didn't even have the courtesy to call me to inform that they were going to be late.

They simply didn't show up.

When I scheduled an appointment with Unifi a year ago, the installer called me TWICE to confirm the time before they arrive.

Very disappointed, will consider Unifi/Maxis BB next time.

and of course, I won't be compensated for the two days wasted and 7 days required to schedule an appointment.
(they have charged my credit card the day of the booking, not the day of installation).

first day of using TIME, tried the boost (up to 20mbps)..



tried downloading a file, the dl speed was pretty inconsistent..
but it still managed to reach a top speed of ~2.3 MB/s..

I'm not sure if it makes much difference, but I'm just opposite you (Danau Permai). I got a free trial and tested the 100 mbps package for month. Quite stable and fast. I hit about 92 Mbps down on speedtest.
