just had time 10mbps.. speed is fairly good..download is pretty much satisfying..ping/latency is low but sadly, it is not stable..im suffering from games like dota2..tried every possible wlan settings till im almost bald but still no solution to this problem..help! D;

ive already changed router, but the previous ping was bad. i use cmd to ping sgp-1.valve.net it can go up to 5000ms and lost of packets but my friend play together using unifi did not face any lag issues. gonna try the different router though..hope the problem dont persist with this router. and yeap, im connected to SEA servers and apparently their server is bad atm

is the download and upload speeds both the same ?  100/100 and 10/10 ?

played 3 match last night, face a really minor almost unnoticeable spikes.  might have a few slight delay (though it saved/helped me from gang fight ). i tried pinging sgp-1.valve.net the ping is inconsistent but all below 100ms. the router im using now is ASUS N600 RT-N53

Hi Time users, I would just like to ask you guys regarding your internet performance, coz mine has been crap since February of this year, and I've not gotten any concrete solution from Time Technical Support.

I'm a big watcher of gaming live streams, especially on Twitch, Azubu, and Afreeca among others.  I'm on a 15Mbps subscription.

So here's my problem:  I am unable to watch ANY stream on Twitch.tv without it stuttering every 10 seconds or so.  I've done every troubleshooting step I know (and have been advised by Time Technical Support) and my issue persists.  I have tried viewing Twitch on every quality available (Source, High, Medium, Low, Mobile) and issue persists.  Again, I am on a 15Mbps subscription and prior to February 2015, I am able to watch up to 4 Source quality streams SIMULTANEOUSLY, even more if I go on Boost.

I have tried connecting my Windows machine straight to the modem, even used a different computer (a Macbook Pro), and tested 4 different browsers, to no avail.  Firewalls are off, antivirus disabled, DNS changed, and I still have this problem.

Time Technical support has twice come by to troubleshoot, but they can't figure it out.  The official Twitch support twitter page does not mention any issues.

However, if I watch a stream on Azubu.TV and Afreeca.com, I have no problems whatsoever, regardless of stream quality.

This issue occurs regardless of time of day (peak or off-peak hours do not matter).  What's even more puzzling is that the issue disappears for an hour or two (also at random times during the day), then returns afterwards.

My recent ticket# with the Technical support team is 360615, and I am not sure if this is still open, as the last update I received from them was 3 months ago.

So my fellow Time users, would appreciate it if you could go on Twitch.TV and test it from your end and check if you are also getting the same issue.  And hopefully, the Time contacts here could also help look into this.

Yes, DNS was changed to Google's DNS back in 25 February by Time Technicians who visited, but issue persists.  A 2nd group of technicians came by on 13 April and reset my router back to default, and issue still persists.
