Have been on Time fibre since Dec 2013, from 8Mb to 15Mb to 100Mb (quota habis too quickly lol) till recently on 50Mb. I've only started to notice issues after Time revised the monthly subscription fees and I upgraded to the 50Mb plan. I'm unsure is there is a problem with congestion (e.g. number of users in my condo > Time's line capacity) or a problem with the cabling to my home. Not using Time's stock router so I can rule this out, for now.

now dota 2 server still spike i think..tht y i dont ply back..
after 9.30pm very lag until we cant ply at all

but i still unifi user la..i waiting contract habis only jump to Time..the price very gooding..

That's why it's an X-File case to me now. Same equipment in use, no change in networking setup in my home, no heavy downloads - I only watch IPTV streams, Youtube and FB video, occasional torrent downloads. Most of the time the biggest usage at home is email and work-related activities (e.g. VPN, remote support).

First week+ of 50Mb was superb, everything super fast and smooth. Only in the last week or so have things been a bit janky.

it's slow again. very likely is my building i will test again to be sure i can get full speed after midnight.

Time broadband has been down for 2 days. Danau Impian condo, Taman Desa. Anyone else facing this problem at this area?

WTF is wrong with TIME lately.... Just come in office and the speed I get is only about 3mbps out of 20mbps 


So many problems lately. I really regret upgrade to 20mbps which refreshed the 2 years contract period 

I'm thinking of switching over from Unifi to Time since my condo just received it. But I'm heavy into torrenting, and I see some users have been complaining that Torrenting is blocked in Time a couple of months ago. Is this still the case? Any other users here having problems?
