true for rings. but i would be very reluctant to lose 100chd or 10chc on amulet. So if you really must forsake a socket, i think i would only do that for amulet in worse case scenario, but definitely not rings.

Not unless you had chc issues, in which case you are very badly geared

Found it last night I guess you just need to keep trying. It's there. Just luck seem to be not in your favor Total damages = 45% CHD and 5.5% CHC. 30-40 rolls

i have a leoric's crown with str/vit/chc 6/99% leg bonus

problem is i want str/phalanks/chc 6/99% leg bonus.

So because i don't have the later, i'm using my backup which has str/vit/phalanks/98%


so then i can't use my SOJ because there is no CHC on it .... so i will be running low. So alternatively i could reroll my backup phys ring which already has a socket, to convert the str to chc (although ideally i would had gone for 50chd instead). But holding out on that because i am not having any luck finding a holy soj yet, so contemplating on converting this to holy instead.

and my compass rose i found is not great because it has socket with chc, but no chd .... which kind of defeats the point of using it if you can't stack another 50chd to take advantage of the set bonus.



outside jewelry, my other issue is my shields ..... ideally i would want str/cdr/skill dmg e.g. phalanks or condemn (for both fyrhders and the other shield)


i also can't quite use my witching hour because i will lose 8CDR which i have to get back by adding CDR into my RORG ...... not to mention i am -1 (glove), -1 (shield), 1% (leoric's bonus legend effect), -1 BOP sword I am like 0.5 CDR ish away from permanent akkarat's champion. Not too big a deal but as a perfectionist it would had been better xd..... because in grifting i noticed, i am aware of this 1 second delay, at which point under very heavy fire i am more prone to want to horse away to wait for that 1 second before i recast akkarat's champion again. Wish i didn't have to do that.

Anyway my gains for using my witching hour is more attack speed, but considering my WH rolled 38 CHD, whereas my RORG rolled 48 CHD, also that my vigilante belt has room for 15% life ...... it just seems it is better to use my vigilante belt and CHD RORG instead. Only if i were going to use phalanks bowmen would i try the witchin hour route.

So deep Not sure my brain could process it.
Found socket lor. Both rings. Gold doesn't come easy for me. Need to do all bounty act 1, T5 or T6 to get gold around 1.5M or less.
Not sure is it a good thing or not, to loose 45%CHD + 5.5% CHC over Bane of Powerful + Bane of Trapped. But i think i can clear the mobs faster now. I guess that is the good thing.

oh sorry about that. i'm a theory crafter so i do my best to tweak my character stats for the perfect stats, though i have to move stats here and there to make do with what i already get. It gets confusing at that point also takes some testing to see if it performs as well or not xd.

how much chc do you have firstly ? make sure u follow the 10:1 or 9:1 chd to chc ratio rule for starters.

obsidian ring is horrible. Replace that for a unity if your solo, or soj if your doing team grifts.


your furnace 3.2 is quite low, but the stats seem to be spot on. Just a shame that it rolled low on that white/elemental dmg.

the ideal shield would be str,cdr,phalanks, chc. Or at the very least 2/3 of the later stats mentioned. Definitely need a better shield. Even is not perfect either, but is better than yours.

need better pants, so you can replace that armor for all res.


for boots you should replace that ms for allres. Also for secondary stat it would be useful to have health bonus as well.

need better gloves, to replace attackspeed for CDR.


i know looking from your build as a whole, you've patched your low CDR by adding them to both rings. That is probably the best patch work to compensate for now.


regarding your build, it's same to mine except that i use holy cause instead of long arm of the law. I do agree that laotl is awesome to have but i'd rather get that extra passive via the hellfire amulet ideally.



in summary

step1: does the gear have the correct stats. e.g. your vigilante belt has all the correct stats. Don't be too concerned that the stats are not fully maxed out. The most critical stat for that is ensuring that CDR is maxed. Gear that are not ideal stats should be replaced pronto by farming for upgrades.

step2: what stats am i short on, and where should i balance the stats out from which pieces e.g. in your case u decided to CDR rings to compensate your less than perfect CDR from other pieces .....

step3: test build see if it works, in particular that you are permanent akkarat's champion meaning almost zero seconds downtime for recast, or close to it that doesn't negatively impact you due to the downtime waiting for it to refresh in between recasts. Also testing that your dps and survivability is sufficient for whatever grift level or other content you decide to do.

Thanks you Moogle for giving advise =) i know where my main piece gear problem just need someone to double confirm it. btw my cc was at 43% right now. chd around 340% i notice need more chd to be more effective.

For crusader, i suggest u go for CDR.

hmm.. true also.. tomorrow try roll for CDR see.. i was thinking of a socket since i no leg gem to use atm.
