Bare unit.  5k booking fees to stakeholder. 20sen maintenance fees. Very high density. Block A 400 units + B 300 units share same small facalities Shop lot all sold out Block A price increase 10% min good layout. 2 size <900sqf. Block A 300 units, got 4 lifts. Block B 400 units, got 5 lifts.
Ground floor shall consists of 2 storey or 3 storey shoplot, total 42 units, starting from 750k, heard all sapu habis.. Car park shall be started from 3rd floor onwards and the apartment only started from the 9th floor. This post has been edited by samkps: Aug 7 2014, 05:40 PM |
