new member here. I'm an expatriate , wanted to rent in Ascotte Boulevard. I heard from the agent that Ascotte's Water & Electricity bill is under commercial rate ? is this true ? and if this true, how much is the different ? can tenant apply to change to domestic rate ? Thank you in advance |
