Wah , this project looks like bbb. My friend just booked 2 unit today.. Seems like BLR increase won't affect the buyers heh...smile.gif

BBB and loan approval is different story imho..
by the way, the bbb is book book book .. book is cheap, almost everyone can put own the booking.. but the next hurdle is loan approval which will be affected by BLR hike lately biggrin.gif

So high density. I wonder Will the new access to lekas via ecohill can accommodate this sudden high influx of residents. I know for sure the existing semenyih road cant.

Exit from servise apartment (go kl or tesco)in future to semenyih road have to use the traffic light. I guess will be very jam infront of the traffic light once the shop lot occupy and ppl move in.

but go to jusco beranang might skip the traffic light.
