All the loan documents has been submmited to bankers except the loan application form. Asked banker to come out & pass to me this weekend but they said next week.....

out of curiosity, what those bankers get for getting our loan approved and signed?
Some of them really put in effort into their work, follow up and even if I called them after 6 months of loan offer signing, they still follow up case for me.

So, what's the monetary rewards they got ah? Can't be so good service if their remuneration isn't that good ?

If we get panel banks. All spa agreement cost legal fees cost are bear by developer right ?

What happen if we apply loan not from their panel bank listed ? Do we still get to enjoy the benefit etc ?
