How about the setting up of buildings of worships besides the mosque?

Can anyone walk the dogs in the public park?
*
Actually, no one so far brought their dog to walk in the park there as everyone stays remote to CBJ.

There isn't any vet too in CBJ, nearest would be in Putrajaya and they do not take in dogs.

As for building of worship, so far no Chinese worship place. Closest is around dengkil and puchong.

with all due respect, Cyberjaya in the morning and night time is stark contrast.
One would say it has improved over the past 3 years, yes, no doubt, but it still need a good 3-5 years for improvement to the night time.

Shaftbury has given a life to Cyberjaya with their completion too.

I've been working in Cyberjaya for the past 10 years. Enough to see the progress momentum catching up. Still deciding between which eco. The majestic or Glades. Price vs distance.

Yes, 3-5 years time to see CBJ effect. But after Garden Residence still being a ghost town after VP for sometime now gives me the spook. Even CBJ couldn't attract migration with commercial and jobs available now, what perks would Semenyih offer to attract people there?

Open for healthy discussion..

Wahh boss.

Anyway, quite agree with you. Its price vs distance for u if u work in Cyberjaya.

The price is too big parity btw Eco Majestic against Eco Glades. For me, I willing to sacrifice a bit on distance as long as I able to live in great township and crucially, within my budget.

Which house in EM u use to compare with Eco Glades? Link or cluster?

What about Puchong?

Good and healthy discussion.

Eco Glade has this "Sanctuary of Western" and "Eastern Heritage". Somewhat the western heritage looks kinda like the theme of Straits Era that Majestic is putting. I hope EcoWorld is able to "modernize" the facade abit more than what Eco Glades have. Kinda look like old penang house or even Jonker street already for Glades.

I am looking at the SMD (glades) vs cluster (EM), not direct apple to orange comparison.

One thing i didn't like about Eco Glades is the lack of a guest room at ground floor. This was highlighted even at the first phase, and now it is still like that. Some might be ok though.

The other drawback is the Pesiaran Semarak Api that might attract traffic as CBJ ppl use it as short cut to get to Linkaran putrajaya to either MEX or KLIA direction.

All in all, i still like Eco Glade (and EM too)

* i wanted to masuk Charms of Nusantara island during initial launch, but all kena sapu clean very fast.

You mean the smaller land 300+ acre land that EcoWorld acquired off from Tropicana which is right next to IJM's Rimbayu and next to Kota Kemuning?

I believe it is a leasehold land, just like Rimbayu

Towards the end of the year for EcoWorld to launch this i guess.

Did your sis proceed with SPA signing?

Price is not only consideration but it is surely one of the main factor....apart from microlocation, accesses, township planning, concept, amenities, continuity of development, etc.....

Buying house is not the same anymore as the past where you only concern with what you get within your build-up ... sigh

Sorry, didn't compare apple to apple - just broadly dimension and price.

Bro Enoch, the initial proposal for Eco Sanc is high end living. This sounds pricey to me. As of to what level, no one knows at this juncture. It won't be available till 2015. I will say earliest is Q1 2015.

Seriously, this place is near notorious Klang River, a proper study of micro location is required. We will get into that next year....

For now, let's chat about EM more....
