From not believing in Semenyih initially to now owning 2 units of 20x70. After listening to so much talk about Tenderfields, I itchy itchy want to invest one more. I am really afraid of putting too many eggs in 1 basket. For investment purpose, is Tenderfields at that price worth investing? Frankly, I have been too emotional and Kiasu in buying properties. When hearing a lot of people said certain properties are good, I just buy. Need serious advice before get burnt.

The effort to read till 2am was really worth it because I believe it guided me in choosing the right unit. Therefore I can really say this thread translated to $$ for me!

I read what to consider in choosing location, facing north/south/lake/entrance, connectivity to highway, presence of other developments including chicken farm(!), pro/con of layouts, stratified GnG, loan application and most important of all which Bank RM is leng lui!! 

When I said I don't believe simply because I hv never been to this far away land from KL and the price of EW compared to those in the vicinity is also much higher. No other reasons. i bought not because I like or I know Eco Majestic or Semenyih very well, seriously it is because in this forum, many people said good things about it. Gong gong buy lor. I was also interested to get a semi d in the beginning, but thinking about most likely will b only 2 people staying, children only come back home occasionally, don't really need a big build up like that, if only ecoworld can make it the size like 32x80 for semi d would b lovely. Cheaper and Easier to maintain without maid. too big the house yet too few people very sad.
