I like the 35x80 with long verandah at the side and basically every rooms have a balcony. Uniquely nice.

Some clusters have kitchen by the side. This, you can cook and have a view of the green by the side rather than just having view at the back.

Many including myself puzzle for quite awhile. No natural lighting. No natural ventilation, this toilets need to rely on mechanical ventilation fan (provided by developer) and lighting point.

Intention of such toilet location is to ensure their facade is in line with their theme...

We shall wait for the opening for EMSG and Swan Lake. I really hope they could 'wow' me...and others...by the time, one can see EMSG, price would have popped a notch easily,...

Yeah..... Upon VP, the demand may not be there yet. It may take a couple of years to grow the demand and also amenities.....as of how fast.... We don't know.... Ecohill first phase VP in end 2015 has even more interes-Teng time.

Cradleton and Tenderfields only VP in Q3 2017......hope not earlier...

If they choose to VP earlier....please do it at proper sequence to ensure good quality products are delivered. Don't VP 600 Cradleton units at one shot....maybe can just on following schedule

1.VP 20x70 6 months earlier,
2. 22x70 4 month earlier
3. 22x75 2 months earlier
4. 24x75 on time.

Such schedule allows adequate manpower to deliver the products in proper manner. Time is equal to quality. When site supervisors have lesser time to conduct inspection, follow up and write report, the quality will be compromised. I have witnessed myself the quality by SP Setia. I did have quite a challenging time with them. At times, there were many school boy mistakes. Damn amateurish type of repeated mistakes should be avoided at all cost. Remember, this is Eco Majestic. It represents EcoWorld.

Logically, and sun-bird news said that it should be done prior to Cradleton VP. I remember I mentioned this in my review because to me, having EM interchange at Lekas is equally important and significant.

Construction of such interchange is normally 18-24 months. It won't take very much longer. The probable tricky part is compliance with highway authority apart from completing it. Who remember the collapse of the Setia Alam NKVE interchange in 2005-2006? I think the supporting beam fall down like humpy dumpty. ... Lesson learnt? Once bitten twice shy? More technical challenges at site? More rocky terrain? Many variables....do they have the experience to ensure the interchange to be completed in time? Let's see....

Such schedule is normally pretty dynamic. It may change over time. What you see are the show houses themselves on external side? I would say they need a month or so for ID work?

If I were to throw a number, it will be after Merdeka Day.....and you know lah, it won't be just a simple opening. It ain't majestic enough. And it EcoWorld way.....hehehehe...let's wait and see again....
