Viewed the cluster model house at StarProperty fair :
1) 2A and 2B OK nice facade but no living hall upstairs, dislike
2) 2C nice facade and good build up but no sliding door / window opening to side garden for natural lights at dining hall and 1st floor living hall, blocking by toilet, weird lay-out and dislike
3) 2D nice build up and layout but the 1st floor roof extending to the car-porch concrete roofing is the shortest among all cluster houses, exposing a big part of the car porch concrete roofing, giving the "cheapo" feel, dislike.

Tolls are everywhere...Melawati, Gombak, Kerinchi, Sg Penchale, Cheras Bt 09, Kajang, Semenyih, Klang,, etc..... All are rich areas meh......

Good to have local here...but then, itu memang adat permainan. Like Sg Wang, jam like shit due to high influx of people.... Chewlai getting very WONG here and there and jam here and there......Curve are getting congested to due high influx of visitors and shoppers.

The jam does show it is getting wong and more wong....

and lucky both Eco Hill 1 and EM have interchange, otherwise the party will intensify.

oh..yes the verandah... din quite like it but wife says it suits the colonial strait houses theme...so acceptable...noticed also it is built outside the house foot print, at least that's what the model house shows, so in that way, does not eat into the size of the rooms/living hall...
