Went there yesterday, all the 20x70 22x70 no more, only left 24x70 and 24x75 what you guys think is really worth for investment for 24x70 and 24x75?

What is so special about this project? Pricing wise is so much expensive than SEH and others project in Semenyih....
Because it has strata title and the company is leaded by Tan Sri LKS? Close to 800K for 24X75 for its Superlinked in Semenyih.  |
