Went to EMSG today. The layout for conventional type semi D seems no change.

Yeah, pretty sure on that. Show houses for the SemiD unit is intact, but for the cluster units, most of them being demolised and rebuild... brows.gif brows.gif

I guess because of the rebuild they haved deferred the completion of the show units from Aug to Oct/Nov.

Bro, 22 x 75 that facing 22 x 70 is facing the north as well, no? The same row but facing south on the other hand will be close to the area allocated for surau / civil hall / kindergarden, no? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Honestly speaking I think they still can do better in terms of the layouts, be it for the cluster or the semi d.

Not many banks offer full flexi loan (though I know CIMB does for EM) nowadays as it doesn't make money for the banks.

Yeah, that's why some banks can offer better rate I presume. How about UOB, does they offer flexi account for EcoMajestic?
