Execution of the masterplan and deliverable in top notch finishing are upmost paramount to purchasers.But I wont cowpeh if there are some engaging acitivities. It gives opportunities to buyers share concerns, tips, comments, cowpeh, etc with the developers. And some say buyers will to know buyers too....like Knowing your neighbor session. Let me side-track abit... How you bought any project that after signing SPA, the next time is only VP date? |
