I always manage to get good service from SA in most developer sales galleries or car showrooms etc. I always extend my hand out to shake their hand and greet them and show interest to know more about their products. By doing so, they will have guilt creeped into their mind or they appreciate your interest, then better service will come handy naturally ....

I think during signing SnP for Cradleton they already told about the launching date for Tenderfield..or is it just for EW existing buyer?
