That figures...it's worth the price for those units nearby. If the lake at Cradleton is also hat nice, it's worth paying the extra 20k for the row of 20x70. I wonder why they didnt build the 24x75 fronting the lake and add the premium since it's supposedly a higher end?
Lakes also need to be well-kept - I remember the lake at Ampang was very smelly once with a lot of small dead fish floating, literally thousands and the stench was terrible. But I only experienced it once, not sure if it was intentional but must be horrible for the row of houses facing it. I guess EM will be responsible to maintain all the lakes and green pockets? Same for SEH?
The lake in the picture is swan lake I presume, signature lake in Eco Majestic. The lake in front of Cradleton is much smaller indeed and the landscape definitely won't be same as swan lake. This is strata title, which the main function is to ensure the homogeneity of the house facade, as well as to preserve the quality of the surrounding facilities. Although the lake is outside of the fencing area, but somehow I presume EW shall be responsible to maintain such facilities for at least 8 years, otherwise it will be deviate from the purpose to have landed strata already..
I have faith on EW, overall this is the first landed property for EW in Klang Valley, die die they also try to make it a success, so that they can use this township success story to promote their future projects...
