China expanding possible outpost in Spratly Islands Reports say Chinese heavy equipment have been brought in to dredge sand in order to enlarge a reef islet into a small island. The Islet,located in the johnson South Reef in what is calimed as Vietnamese waters has been steadily fortified recently by Chinese forces in defiance of Vietnamese and Philippine complaints over Chinese ambitions in the South China Sea. Looks like this is a new upgrade of Leopard 2 tank from Rheinmetall referred as the Rheinmetall MBT "Evolution". Different from the MBT Revolution.
