i tried to turn off the ClearType option for portrait display but still blurry.

no. certain angle is blur. like if i shift screen up, the top screen will blurry and bottom is clear.
so i believe is the viewing angle we talking about?

In the market to look for a new monitor for myself after using Dell U2312HM for quite a few good years, looking at the spec of 27 inch/2K reso/144hz/IPS/pivot-able.

I'm seeing price range of the spec can go from RM1.2K up to RM2k, but not too sure which one is ok to go for, below are the models i'm currently eyeing at with my comment on each model.

AOC Q27G2S - RM1299 - something about in-order to achieve 10bit color at 144hz, must set to the color format of YCbCr 4:2:2? Not too sure what's the meaning.

Xiao Mi 27 Inch 165hz non curve - RM1488 - new release model, don't have local warranty (max 6 months local supplier warranty), very minimalistic look which is my liking, very less review about it so not too sure about the cons.

LG 27GL850 - RM1700-RM1899 - Nano IPS but not sure how much it differs from the traditional IPS panel.

Dell S2721DGF - RM1890-2k - seems like using the same panel as the LG model above? basically more leaning to this due to my impression of the quality for Dell U2312HM.

One thing that i'm assuming right now is, all the model listed can't achieve 10 bit Color Bit in 144hz mode, does it matter much if its not 10 bit Color Bit in 2021?

Your comments would be much appreciated, if there are models that are better than those listed, feel free to suggest them.

Woah I don't dare to order online. Now I order direct from Dell only.
My U2718Q I order online RM 2,299 (retail RM 2,499) end up is a refurbished unit that doesn't exist in the Dell database.
So as you know warranty claim is a hassle and I missed out on Dell's outstanding premium panel guarantee.

so u will wait untill june? 

interested on that lg too... but since last year hold the purchase... not sure 144hz is good enough or not....
