recently bought my Acer Predator XB271HU from Gamehypermart for an awesome deal of RM2,599.

Slapped some carbon fiber wrap on it's red feet to match my overall setup.

Hi, i am trying to upgrade from my 19" monitor to either 24" or 27" monitor. Thinking to go for fhd resolution. Preferable IPS for gaming and watching movie. Budget wise i am putting around RM700 for 24" and RM1k for 27". Btw i am from Kuching so price might be a bit different but i hope to get some recommendation so i get search around here.

currently eyeing at
1. Asus vc239h (23")
2. Dell s2415h (24")
3. Benq Ew2750zl (27" AMVA+)
4. Dell se2717h (27")

Thank you all in advance

So far, I am quite happy with it.

Colour reproduction not as good as my Dell IPS monitor.

There are settings for colour, I just equalise all of them.

Overall, I think this monitor is very good for value with 144hz and curved.

It is a VA panel.

I am using the monitor for gaming only.

I don't work in the artwork industry therefore I would not have any idea its usage on artwork.

Hi all I looking for a new monitor.

Budget : RM 500

VIEWSONIC VA2419-SH IPS (24inch, IPS, RM 499) has caught my strong interest. It it worth to buy? in term of quality and performance?

Any cons of this monitor? Is that any better alternate / suggestion with the budget of RM 500, 23/24 inch?

Thank you in advanced for your help. smile.gif

It is a good multi purpose monitor for the size and price you're paying.

But if you have an AMD Radeon card, you might want to speed just a few bucks more for a freesync capable monitor like the LG 23MP68VQ (about RM520 shipped).

If you have nVidia card though, freesync doesn't matter.

What are the good models to look for CCTV viewing and general purpose PC usage?
