Example, 800k is the first auction. First auction normally is market price or even higher than subsale pricing since the subsale market is soft at the moment.

Everytime no taker price will drop 10% and re-auction the following month. Will keep on dropping until someone enter and bids for the unit.

Cost will be the same like buying from subsale.
Just that utility bill not covered by the bank. TNB, SYABAS and INDAH WATER. But got trick also can appeal to take from the ex owner deposit. At least can cover a bit.
Most banks will cover the outstanding maintenance & cukai taksiran. But to be very sure please refer the T&C stated in the POS.

Inside house condition not able to view. But scroll up to see my previous posting. The latest lelong unit able to enter inside due to unit occupy by tenant and owner trying to sell off via the subsale market. Very coincidentally.
