which block is the "least problem" like water leaking etc? AFAIK, block D is the most complained one

Is it true that management not doing good job? I'm researching online, it seems that the most frequent complaint is about management besides leaking/plumbing issue.

What kind of broadband provider is available at Foresta? Unifi? Time? What about mobile signal from Digi, Maxis, Celcom? Feedback is appreciated.

In my view, it is an ok place to rent but definitely not a good idea to purchase.

The annoying part about the place is there's always at least one lift not working that will lead to longer wait time especially during peak hours. Lately, it has gotten worse as my block constantly 2 lifts are down and this is despite the recent repair exercise. The management office is slow in responding to feedback.

There's Unifi & Time. Been using Time and happy with their service.

Cell signal can be a bit iffy for any provider depending on the floor and where you are at in the building.

More for own stay and mostly young family there i'd say. Coz all units comes with 3 bedrooms so family of 4 should be very comfortable.

Cause i saw quite an amount of bad review.
not sure if all those review are genuine and also as i believe a lot are management related issues

Yup, I'm one of the owner but i'm not stying there. So far it has been easy for me to get tenant but the rental is not optimal atm. i've been renting 1.8k to 2k for the past 5 years. Occasionally i'd go visit and i can spot improvement from time to time.

The past mgmt team has been facing some hiccups but it's common during the transition of mgmt from dev to residents. Now the team is much capable and they are fixing pressing issues one at a time.

I've seen the residents (I think) doing gotong royong to clear the road leading up to Foresta. Nice gesture for everyone's safety.

i am actually considering to get the penthouse of this property but i afraid that i regret as you know most of the condo drop into hiccups when the management are not capable.

just curious on how are the traffic and securities over that area
