maybe this seller is not the first batch early bird.
for own stay i am more than happy with the price i got offered, i am not greedy though.
when i studied the transacted price of the first half of 2018, the average price is around 540psf.

Anyone at Foresta concerned about the massive and growing sink hole that appeared in front of Airie just a block down the road that appeared weeks ago, that have already forced to he closure of the road. Any one knows about the causes of this?
