High dense

How to measure it's high dense? Formula please?

928 units over 13 plus acres is average 70 units per acre...which is not low but definitely better than many of the new high density projects...

comparing to mahsing @ tmn whayu & kepong the henge foresta super low lol.
Foresta got 13 acres so huge. from google map it seem smaller tot around 7-8 acres.

WS3 is 110 units per acre

Just a comparison, landed terrace average is 11 units/acre

How u derived WS3 is 11 units per acres ?

Compare high rise with landed density? U kidding

13.1 acres is the land size stated in the S&P for phase 1

Total foresta area is 42 acres. 21 acres to be developed for 12 towers over 4 phases

sorry my bad, it is 110 units per acre, 469 units divide by 4.27 acre, from the brochure

Ic, maybe big part of the land become private community park and perimeter road for Foresta.
Good in balance.

13 acres will share with phase 2? I heard Macam Total development around over 2800units on 21 acres land.
More than 130+ over per acre.

Look c from Google map also Macam don't have 13 acres size. Roughly 7 to 8 acres only. Is Extra 5+- acres for phase 2 development? and will join share facilities with phase 1?
