Another consideration is developer rather dealing with 1 bridging account than dealing with 1000 loan accounts from 1000 buyers that involve 10-15 banks????

this taman is classified as Green Lung by MPPJ, it is public and could not be access by Dsara Perdana side.

Meaning how to access, bro? Is it a big or small area?

Judging from Google Maps, it looks pretty big, similar to the size of ~12 airie houses combined

Rafflesia is at Dsara Perdana, the residents can't access to Sri Dsara

It is accessible from Persiaran Meranti, Sri Damansara. By the roadside, the public is not barred from using it. Small place in my opinion and difficult to walk because the pathways are not even and the grass is not maintained properly.

btw, from the picture, is that a permanent or temporary structure? I dont think they are going to cover the entire car park floor with that? Are they?

Does anyone has the recent interior picture? on the facility floor, lift lobby, gym room, etc?? i guess it may not be easy to get those picture but it would be really great if someone can share it...
