Blk J is the nearest to mrt, less than 100m. Even the laziest people cant complaint it is too far to walk to mrt station.

9ft for lower flr is abit low, that's why the entrance will feel a bit uncomfortable. Just like Empire Subang, same height.

I think can get the maintenance guy to do it with a tip.

How much is the current unsold unit for ekocheras? ecosky is ard RM650psf after disc.

Didn't really study ecosky project, kepong is not my cup of tea, but I did hear that it was selling like hot cake as well. Of course the profile of the developer is strong.

Should be around 700-850psft. No more discount.

Ya, the upper floor of Empire Subang duplex is quite low at the non void area, consider quite close to the lower floor

Defeat the purpose of a duplex if don't have the spacious feel

OK, did a quick study on Eco Sky website. In my opinion, EKC is more comprehensive, it has everything that Eco SKy have, but Eco Sky doesn't have these:
- MRT station
- Duplex SOHO
- MALL (on lease basis to protect the tenant selection)
- Cineplex
- Hotel
- connected to Leisure Mall (that makes it 2 malls together)


Any taikor feel free to add to the list.
