Comparing the Eko-properties at a glance, the EkoGateway has the closest mixed development elements like EKC.

Maybe there will be future development near Jesus convent school (hill slope?) Big uncharted land over there..
Who knows the school will be relocate and redevelop the area... Near to mrt... |
