Yes...And the dragon is kind of being pampered, having two dragon balls to chase after,(namely, Mutiara Timur and Barat) ...LOL

Hmmm can you further elaborate the term medium range? ie structure, number of retails shop etc...

Bro, 中档购物商场, I thought means not high end luxury like KLCC/Pavillion or low end mass like Kota Raya, hypermarket....

Comparing the Eko-properties at a glance, the EkoGateway has the closest mixed development elements like EKC.
(I have no further details)

Maybe there will be future development near Jesus convent school (hill slope?) Big uncharted land over there..

Who knows the school will be relocate and redevelop the area... Near to mrt...

If the piece of land is to develop new high rise, it blocks some view of BlkE.
Perhaps your unit is affected. Sure?

Agree, mid range is just right for EKC. it is catering for the messes.

Worst example i can think of is The Elements on Jalan Ampang. During launching people fought for KLCC view, but who knows they can only view KLCC for 3 years. Once Arte Ampang is built it will completely blocked off KLCC, also Arte is much taller than Element. So instead of KLCC view it becomes Arte view.
