From this map, the area where Tower E is located is pretty narrow and quite close to the Convent

Yes.. That is how I derived that low floor(really low floor) of BlkE will be "shaded" by the slope/Convent.

For the SOHO blocks, definitely yes. Total 60 storeys, each level 3 meters already more than 150m

Ceiling height is about 2800mm, hence only about 9.2 feet. From floor to the top of duplex void area is approx 19 ft.
Minus about 1 ft for the slab, actual about 18 ft

9ft per floor is it standard for all apartment / condo?....
If put plaster ceiling then will become 8ft or less...
