THere is no standard dimension of floor to floor height required by Malaysia Building ByeLaw. I think there is a minimum clearance. Naturally, developers will put as low as possible (and yet achieve minimum) but not too low that the occupant feel uneasy. Higher floor to floor height is deemed as USP in a way.

Some may have floor to floor height of 9 - 10.5 feet.

Different developer, different spec....some chose lower fl to fl height....
