According to agent for Soho Duplex 762 sqft left only few units. At level 26 lowest price is around 603k
The units pricing around 603k to 640k for the SoHo
No discount no rebate
It is about 791psf to 840psf! Geng!

so we already earn around 10%? for the 7% discount plus the increase of price around 3%.lol

Three more within 2 days.... Outsource for gunners!! Geng!!

oh, 7% is that we choose the discount instead of DIBS, further 5% discount compare to block h.wao, plus the increase of price 3%, so we already earn 15%? yeah

but if I still buy blk H then I still not 3% increase lar
