BTW, CMW boss, you already confirmed the upstairs existed and can access thru lifts?

The YouTube video (cant 100% trust la) at 1:54 - 1:56 showed there is some blank space above lifts.

Personally I didn't like the layout of Blk E. Largest unit only with 2BR n only with 1 layout , the choice is too limited.

Just received my stamped copy of S&P, I signed in December 2013 but the date they put is Apr 2014 and stamp. Any taikors facing same issue?

Agree with pretty much everything that has been said above but part of me is saying that there's a chance that the majority of sohos may be occupied by residents rather than offices.

Signed Feb, stamped April. They may have just bulk stamped everything in April.

If u are a member of the JMB, will u control the number of access card for each unit of SOHO?

If u are using the SOHO as office with 5 people, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs and the JMB says per unit only allow 3 access card, how?

I foresee soho units will be mainly occupied by small offices. Refer to Empire Subang.

Like that will be disadvantage for us when want to claim LAD if late delivery.

I think if soho is meant to be business n residential 2 in 1 use, then we have to cater for the business as well. We should provide each legitimate user of the building the access card.

Even for just residential, who say I can't have more than 3 people living in a unit?

So I think access card can't be limited, unlike hotel we just stay for a few days so we can tolerate n work around it. But for long term no way.

We can't use the formula for car park to apply on residence. There is only 1-2 car park bay, even if I give you more cards you can't use it. So it works by limiting the access cards for cars.

What did HDA said about the maximum number of residence allowed per unit?

I had this concern before but my bank told me they don't think any delays will happen.

But of course, it will be nice to have a reassurance from the SPA stamp date...
