Block J & H will apply 2 d younger crowd due to duplex concept. Block E will appeal to d older group as it is only one level. So no need to climb staircase.

If u are a member of the JMB, will u control the number of access card for each unit of SOHO?
If u are using the SOHO as office with 5 people, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs and the JMB says per unit only allow 3 access card, how? |
