Maybe this is their pioneer/frontier project that has to succeed.
In addition, building a positive reputation and service-after-sale is good for future project/marketing?

Can we write to them n ask why the carpark plan with the marked lot is not incorporated in the S&P?

Maybe they should send a letter to all owners with the above......

What say u?

Weekend Sidetrack 1 - For those interested...

The author suggested that first time home buyers not to be too choosy in terms of property size.
He suggested to start small and once financially stronger then go for larger size property.

no news. never deal with ekovest mall management before.
i think they still need to wait for another year till the mall reach around 60% complete...
their leasing team baru start go out cari tenant. invite us go inside 6c6c.
now still too early.

Random points,
- The Greater KL is estimated to have avg annual population growth of 5.2%.
This means it needs 80,000 houses per year.
- Kajang and Semenyih are among new attraction areas.
